What to bring to camp:
DO Bring This Stuff:
1. Bible, Notepad & Pen - Bible verses are referenced often and students are expected to bring
their bible to worship services and breakout sessions.
2. Spending Money - No additional money is needed, however, speakers and worship leaders
will have t-shirts, books, CD’s, etc. for sale. There is also a Wild Week Store with additional
SWAG available to purchase. The only activity at Latham that charges a fee is paintball,
which cost $5 per game. There will be a snack shack with minimal priced items.
3. Clothes - Bring cool clothing for hot days. Modest shorts are expected. Athletic shoes are
recommended for rec and free time. There are no events that require you to dress up. Both
tops and bottoms should be modest. If they’re not, you will be asked to change.
4. Umbrella or Raincoat - In case it rains.
5. Water Bottle - There will be water stations at each activity.
6. Swim Suit –
● Ladies, one-piece swimsuits are strongly recommended. If you only have a two-piece, you
must wear a dark shirt over your swimsuit that fully covers you at all times (including while
you are in the water).
● Gentlemen, no speedos! And please keep your shirt on while walking to and from the
swimming areas.
7. Linens - Pillow and twin sheets/blanket or a sleeping bag. Also bring 1 or 2 towels for
swimming and showers.
8. Bathroom Stuff - Everything you need to stay clean.
9. Sunglasses and Sunscreen
10. Sweatshirt or Jacket – We like to keep it cool in the auditorium.
DON'T Bring This Stuff:
1. Cell phones or other expensive electronics/items
2. Tobacco Products - Any form or tobacco (smoking or non), matches, or lighters
3. Fireworks – Or any other explosive/fire-making device
4. Illegal Narcotics, Alcohol, Firearms, or any other illegal substances/weapon(s)
5. Energy drinks. The other campers/adult leaders will appreciate that!
