Warm Up Team:
You get the CITC Rayburn experience prepared for overwhelming hospitality by arriving early to make sure the lights are on, the AC or heat is on, etc. You “warm the place up.”

Parking Lot Team:
You are on the front lines! You begin the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality in the parking lot. You make the first impression! We don't get a second chance to make a first impression. You assist all who attend get parked and to the door safely with a hearty greeting and a warm smile.

Greeter Team:
You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality by opening the doors and greeting everyone who comes through the doors.

Lobby Team:
You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality by being intentional to make sure every person, every family is greeted in the lobby and knows where to find a cup of coffee, a snack, the restrooms. You make sure everyone has been greeted and had an opportunity for conversation before they go into the worship space. After the worship experience, you will help first time guests find the Connect Table where they will pick up their gift after filling out a Connect Card.

Comfort Team:
You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality by checking on any and all in the worship space has a bottle of water, cup of coffee, etc. during the pre-service time. You make sure folks are comfortable and go the “extra mile” to serve … especially our first time guests.

Drinks & Snacks Team:
You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality by making sure a good cup of coffee is always available and a yummy snack is just a step away.

Nursery Team:
You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality by providing the best care possible for our babies and toddlers and helping parents know their kids are safe with you. Background check required before you will be allowed to serve on this team.

You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality and a watchful, alert eye, creating a space where people can worship, serve, give, and connect with people safely and freely.

Building & Grounds (Facilities) Team:
You help maintain the facilities so all who attend will be comfortable while attending Church in the Country Rayburn and experiencing our overwhelming hospitality.

Prayer Team:
This team sets the spiritual temperature each Sunday morning. They are ready and eager to pray with people on Sunday mornings and throughout the week. This team is praying pre-service, during the service, during the response time, and post-service. No has to know you are praying, but everyone in the room can tell you are praying because God is moving!

Count ‘Em Team:
This team makes sure we have an accurate count every Sunday morning. You help us, in a tangible way, realize God is working and growing our CITC Rayburn family. One pastor said it like this, “numbers matter because people count”.

You continue the CITC Rayburn experience with overwhelming hospitality by using your gift to make the place look and feel warm and welcoming. You will assist the leader(s) of this team as needed.
